Dr. Melinda O'Rourke, MD

Melinda C. O'Rourke, M.D., medical director of Northwest Laser Skincare, received her Bachelor's degree at the University of Colorado In Boulder, and completed her M.D. and residency in Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. She has been board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology since 1991, and is an accomplished surgeon in cataract surgery, laser vision correction and cosmetic blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck). She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, as well as the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Surgery. After additional training in Los Angeles in 1996, Dr. O'Rourke was one of the first surgeons to perform CO2 laser skin resurfacing. With the remarkable evolution of technology in cosmetic dermatology, Dr. O'Rourke is now pleased to offer the most advanced therapies in cosmetic skincare, from skin products, to fractional laser skin resurfacing, as well as cosmetic eyelid surgery, and the state of the art technology in laser vision correction.
